Specialty Fitness

I visited Specialty Fitness in Northridge at the beginning of January. They just do it right - their customer service is great. The staff is friendly and really knowledgeable. Everything about this store is upscale - from the prefered treatment to the drinks they serve. I bought a full home gym from Specialty Fitness and there was no problem at any time. When they delivered the equipment, a part was missing, but this was not an issue for the guys. They stepped out and were back after 30 minutes with the missing spare part. And all in a friendly manner. I can only highly recommend this store.

Salesman had an arrogant attitude. Walked out after 2 minutes.

I highly recommend this store. The staff is informative, helpful and friendly. I love my equipment, they did a great job setting it up and answering all my questions.
