        Overall

        I would not recomend this company to anybody I know. I have had problems with my refrigerator time after time and they have not been able to fix it after multiple attemps. Their staff member Edith is so rude! She never returns my calls when she promises she interrupt's customers while they are speaking and rushes the call to get off the phone. I have been waiting for parts to complete the repairs for about a month and they finally came in yesterday. Even if you tell them it's urgent to have somebody go out to your home soon they will still take a week to send somebody out to your home so they have no sense of urgency. This is why nobody should use this company their customer service is horrible!
