        DO NOT GO TO CONCENTRA FOR YOUR DOT PHYSICAL!!!!!! I went on a tuesday, doctor said I needed a note from my primary care physician, and he would sign right off on my physical. I got him the note on friday. Two weeks later he still hadn't signed it, and finally denigned it, even after my primary doctor vouched for my health. I wasted my time and money going to see primary care, and still lost my CDL and job. If they don't know what they are doing, then they shouldn't be giving DOT physicals. Take my advice, go to a reputable doctor, NOT CONCENTRA!!!
