This is one of the worst agency to work for. All you people out there who are working or attempting to become employed as a substitute teacher in any district do not waste your time. They pay is low for what you tolerate in the classroom. This agency claim to give the choice of allowing you to choose when, the day, and how often you want to work, but when you call out or reschedule up to or more than 5 times regardless of the situation, even if it is an emergency, they turn around and use their so called "same day policy" against you. Their excuse is to full the classroom…but I once took a form from the doctor to one of the school so the school would know why my cousin cancelled, I heard the secretary say we still need more subs for today… so much for filling the classroom policy…no wonder…they couldn’t get anyone.

My cousin called out across 5 different days over a period of time. Each time she called out was for a medical problem due to a health issue we learned of recently. I personally drove her to one of the local emergency rooms and stayed with her until after 3 in the morning. I called her out before an assignment was scheduled to begin after convincing her she should not go and they even used that against her.

They never even considered asking why the changes were necessary. They aggravated her while under a doctor’s care and when my cousin told them how she felt they used that to terminate her employment. Really, do they think they are hurting her! This company is nothing more than a recruiting mill for substitute teachers who run through people like a faucet drips water. So make sure you have a real career like my cousin. I told my cousin becoming a teacher is not worth it. It will be nice to see who is left after they go through the entire city.
