I've read good company reviews from customers on other taxi companies other than this one, and I've also read bad reviews on taxi companies other than this one. but through it all the bad reviews didn't stop me from using the services, and their good reviews didn't push me to want to use them, it just told me that we all as people has our different opinions and we all have to see what the experience with the company is for ourselves. but I gotta say that when I used D&Z taxi services I was really impressed with the driver and the phone operator. In my opinion everyone I delt with at the company was very professional and respectful. I would use them again.

I called to arrange a cab while still on the train to Charleston. The dispatcher was very professional and explained things clearly, he later called me to let me know the cab arrived as well. Also, the driver came ahead of scheduled time so there was very little wait and he was professional and friendly. Air freshener was working well too. Good job!

One of the only taxi companies that that does what they say and actually on time. I had an early morning meeting at my job and I arranged for D&Z taxi to pick me up, because based on their customer reviews, they would've been my best bet to get to work on time for this important meeting. They got me all set up with with a great driver that was not only on time to pick me up, but also got me to work on time. I would definatly recommend them to any one else that may find themselves in need of a taxi.

I had made an appointment for a pick up two days prior to needing my ride. On the day of my ride they called about thirty minutes before my scheduled 4:00am pick up to let me know that that my driver would arrive on time. I really appreciated that from them and the great service i received from them. Great on time early morning air port service. I would ride with them again and i do recommend them to any one that needs on time early morning transport.

Im gonna keep riding with D&Z Taxi. The drivers they send is all of the best around. They give me a nice pleasent private ride where i need to go, and im on time to my destinations all the time. unlike the other companies that sends drivers with people already in the cab, then they got to drop those customer off 2 before I get dropped off. Then Im late then.

I love this company. They come through every time i need them. I use the taxi services in Charleston South Carolina enough to know that D&Z Taxi is the company i wonna ride with any time i need a taxi. They do local and long distance travels. When i call them they get me a taxi every time, unlike the other companies that usually say they dont have any taxis in or that would come to my area to get me.

I thank D&Z taxi services for a good stay in charleston sc. I kept calling taxi cabs and no taxi companies was keeping there words on picking my family and me up. That's until I called D&Z taxi. They was on time every time I called for a pick up. they also gave me the better rates than the other companies who not only gave me an expensive rate, but never showed up... did a last min call the guy said he was in for the night it was 2a.m. and he still came out to get me when i told him i had already called 2 other cab company's 2 hours ago.

Great bussiness!!!!! used them the whole time i was in charleston on vacation visiting family, got to me on time everytime. all i had todo was call and set up the appointment and he was there. I refer him to everyone in my family.

great fares, clean cab, respectable drivers absolutly love them. will use them everytime i visit the charleston area. all the other cabs i called wanted to charge 2x's more than d&z

this is a great company, clean respectable on time and fair fares. i when i had a last min. emergency. he said he would be there after he drop the call he had. 10 min later i heard a horn outside. he handles his cust. with the up most care and respect. also does appt.s. I have made him my personal cab driver.
