        Overall

        This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been in contact with. I was given false information by phone about insurance and ability to see a doctor. When I arrived, I was turned away with no explanation and no feedback as to how to go about finding a way to get my needs taken care of. The woman at the front desk rolled her eyes at me when I asked questions, and could not give me an explanation as to why I was told everything was fine when I phoned in. I think these folks really need to improve on their communication, professionalism, and compassion.
