        Overall

        I went in with brown hair. I was told I couldn't go blonde, so we chose a burgundy color. I was told to wash my hair every other day. Although that was gross to me, I did it. The 2nd day I noticed some fading. By the 4th day it was a completely different color. 7th day it was brown, blonde, and lilac.



        The salon manager, Autumn, called while I was in class, so I called her the following morning. I called and said, "I am returning Autumn's call." Complete silence. Then the girl said, "So do you want to talk to her?" Well duh.



        Autumn was busy, so she called me several hours later.



        She did offer to put a gloss on my hair, but I declined because how long would it last?



        She did not want to hear what I had to say. I could tell she didn't care. She was unprofessional. I wasn't asking for my money back. I wanted a color that would LAST more than a few days.



        I don't have money to get my hair fixed. I want the color stripped. So now I have to have ugly hair
