Mr. Blumenthal concentrates his practice on civil litigation, divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, other family law matters, guardianships, tortious injury, commercial law, collections, evictions, alternative dispute resolution and appeals. Handling cases in all Indiana counties since 2001- with emphasis on clients' needs in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Westfield), Marion County, Madison County, Boone County and Tipton County. Mr. Blumenthal earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he received the Paul F. McTighe, Jr. Award and was Senior Staff Editor for the Tulsa Law Review. Mr. Blumenthal is a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association, and is licensed/admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of Indiana, Northern District of Indiana and Southern District of Indiana.*not a partnership

This guy gets the job done and...

This guy gets the job done and isn't about running up the bill with useless legal mumbo-jumbo. Down to earth guy that is all about you the client and solving your problem. Want fancy legalese and platitudes? Don't go here because he's not going to stroke yoru ego but is going to tell you the no nonsense truth and best way to solve your legal issues at the cheapest cost to you. Don't waste your time and money on big law firms they just run up the bill and the time to get it solved. Call Shawn....
