OMG !!!ARE THEY NASTY ..... HELLLL NOOO THEY ARE THE BEST SUBS ON EARTH THEY ARE BETTER THAN ANY OTHER SUB PLACE I FREAKING ADORE THEIR SUBS ESPECIALLY THEIR STEAK SUBS .... I LOVE EM ... THEY ARE AMAZING ... IF I COULD MARRY THE OWNER OF VIOLA'S I WOULD #DEFFINITELY

Firstly, the ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars was because their subs are rather tasty (minus the stale sub rolls) HOWEVER, I called in advance to place my order and I was hung up on because apparently I didnt speak fast enough. Deciding to let that go, I called back again and while placing my order i got a "UGHHHHH" from the women on the phone when I asked for no tomatoes. When i get go there, every single employee looks miserable and the atmosphere in there is dismal. The employees are extremely rude and clearly hate their jobs. There are also very annoying signs hung over the front counter that are towards customers... Overall, good food and terrible customer service.
