EXCELLENT Customer ServiceProduct was ordered as Christmas gift; two days before Christmas, learned product was on backorder and would not be available to give to my husband (and this was his ?big? gift). In a panic, I called Rock?s to find out what was going on, and got the bad news?my email didn?t make it onto the back-order distribution list. Rock?s stepped up to the plate and offered 1) to upgrade the shipping and 2) not charge for the shipping. Rock?s didn?t just say it?they did it! Got the order today, and my husband is in barbeque-geek heaven. I want everyone to know that Rock?s customer service really made the difference between me canceling and keeping it. Thanks, Rock?s!!!
