I went to go get my taxes done last year, but the were clueless..........good luck if you choose them!

DO NOT waste your time with this "professional CPA".

I met with him under tight deadlines and he was very confident I would have my taxes back within a few days. I should have known something was wrong when he gave me a loose return quote without reviewing most of my information. 8 WEEKS LATER..Nothing..He would not return any of my phone calls OR emails (even though he assured me that I can always reach him via email). Weeks go by and I cannot get an answer from him on how much I would get back/owe. One occassion I finally reached him over the phone (he did not have my number saved in his phone to know when I called)- he said "I was just going to call you!.."....I'm sure. Weeks afterwards I received three emails on three separate occasions from him saying my taxes are done and to stop by his office to sign for them. Immediately after each email I wrote back asked what I'm receiving or paying..I NEVER received any reply. Mind you this happened three times because each day which we agreed my stopping by to sign--he emailed to cancel because he had "other obligations". THIS HAPPENED THREE TIMES! Which leads me to believe he never completed my taxes at all and was saying so to appease me. I had enough and told him I would take my taxes elsewhere. The day I went to his office---an assistant (about 20 yrs old)--comes walking in and pulls all of my private documentation OUT OF HIS BACKPACK and hands it to me. This "CPA" never completed my return. I took my business elsewhere and it was completed in three days.

I visted T.T. & Associates and they were very professional and they were able to help me and my small business with our taxes and bookkeeping. Now we are organized and able to run financials monthly for our company.
