I'm not a big online shopper, but I've used shownet a couple of times now and they've been wonderful. They fulfilled my order fast and delivered as promised. Kudos to the guys at shoenet!

This place is horrible! First part of order arrived following month only in big sizes, 9, 10, 11, 12, which weren't what I had ordered. Second part of the order was out of stock and they still haven't given me my $300.00 since February! They charged my card right away but still haven't returned my money. I received my order [prada-womens-sneakers, crocs-kids-sandals, lanebryant-womens-sandal] about an hour ago and I have a minor issue; I did not receive any of the colors that were in the picture for the kids crocs. The colors I received are nice and I do not have them in my store, but I was looking forward to the colors that were displayed in the picture on the SHOENET.com website. Other than that, my order was filled accordingly and I am looking forward to doing business with SHOENET in the future. My sales rep [John & Tazey] were very knowledgeable and I am very happy with the prompt delivery as well as the products.

I was a little skeptical about placing an order with shoenet because of a few bad reviews, but I just recieved my shoes [although it took a few extra days] and I must say that they are even better than the pictures. great quality and the overall serbvice was good. I will purchase from shonet again

I found this place from a 'Groupon Now' deal & I must say I'm very happy! Now I should preface this with the fact that I have several stores in my area, so i try to look for unique high heels, but also for boots and other types. So I'm always looking for ways to maintain customer satisfaction while keeping a good budget



First off, I was a bit skeptical & wondered how cute $5.99 priced shoes would be and secondly, if they would actually be that cheap. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and so are my customers! I couldn't believe how inexpensive the shoes are (and what a big profit im making!!) The staff were all extremely helpful & super nice, & didn't mind me taking forever to make up my mind (shoe shopping is serious business). One of the associates even went as far as modifying my entire order and sending me the exact pictures of every shoe I purchased for the container [because they do not guarantee styles or sizes] - and all the other employees I had contact with made me feel very comfortable.



Needless to say I definitely see a prosperous business relationship ahead.

Absolutely do not buy from this company. I bought a wholesale lot of shoes from them. They claimed the MSRP was $160. When I received the shoes (3 weeks later!!) the MSRP on the price tags ranged from $110 to $130. Which is a pretty big deal, since I planned on reselling these for profit. I emailed them and told them the problem. They were very defiant, but after I harassed them enough they agreed to give me a refund. I was told they would send me a return shipping label in the mail. One week later......still had not received a return label. After several more emails, they finally just emailed me one. I sent the shoes back and they received them. After a few days, I noticed that they had still not refunded my money. I contacted them again and got the response, "You have to be patient with us. It usually takes up to 14 days to get your refund". But they assured me that my refund was processed the same day that they received the return. I waited 2 weeks....still no refund. I contacted them AGAIN and was told that "I don't know why it is taking so long to get your refund. We don't know where your money is." Later that day I placed a phone call to them, and they put me through to the CEO (supposedly). He told me they were encountering a technical issue when trying to refund money on credit cards (i guess the money only goes one way lol). He assured me that he would be mailing me a check in the full amount. About an hour later, he had a service rep call me to tell me that the company was no longer willing to give me a refund and that they could only offer me store credit. I declined their offer. I have reported them to my credit card company, the BBB, and the Attorney General of New York. So like I said....BUYER BEWARE!!

Shoenet.com has to be one of the BEST online shopping wholesalers I have ever ordered from in my 15 years of shopping.
