Veneers
Dental Veneers can conceal imperfections in your teeth. We can hide teeth that have chips, are stained, misaligned, or are inconsistently spaced. They are designed to have the precise appearance of your teeth but perfected. With them, we cover and conceal teeth that are damaged or misshapen, leaving only perfect appearing teeth. Veneers are created from thin porcelain shells, which bond to the front surface of your enamel. The result is beautiful looking teeth, and depending on the situation, we will work to create a perfect line of symmetry in your smile.
Crowns
Getting a bridge usually requires two or more visits. While the teeth are numb, the two anchoring teeth are prepared by removing a portion of enamel to allow for a crown. Next, a highly accurate impression (mold) is made which will be sent to a dental laboratory where the bridge will be fabricated.
Bridges
A dental bridge is one of the traditional dental methods for replacing missing teeth. It is a fixed (non-removable) appliance that consists of two crowns that go over two anchoring teeth and are attached on either side of the artificial teeth, filling the gap created by one or more missing teeth. They are highly durable and will last many years with proper home care; however, they may need to be replaced or re-cemented over time.

We make simple repairs and enhancements to teeth with the application of composite material through a process known as composite or dental bonding. Dr. Malpeso helps patients achieve dramatic change with this fast, simple and effective treatment. Dental bonding has been proven to be a durable, long-lasting restoration option for chipped, cracked, and misshapen teeth.

Dental Hygienists Joanne and Sandy have attended to my teeth with precision and thoroughness while cleaning. Most recently Sandy's expertise alerted me to another issue and reminded me of the urgency to get the crown. Thank you Joanne and Dr. Malpeso for early and consistent warnings about this tooth and for all of you (Joanne, Sandy, and Dr. Malpeso) for practicing preventative medicine to help me have the healthiest teeth. I also appreciate Dr. Malpeso even becoming frustrated over me not following through with his warnings about this tooth, as the root canal AND crown could have been avoided. Dr. Malpeso's reaction shows his dedication to saving teeth and minimizing extreme outcomes. And finally, Dental Techs Miriam and Hayleen were super attentive to my needs and protected my health every step of the way during the surgery. In cases of severe tooth decay or gum disease, we often recommend extraction and use dentures or partial dentures to repair function. Advances in dentistry have allowed for the improved fabrication of dentures, making them more comfortable with a more natural appearance. Depending on the extent of damage, we extract one or more teeth, and either fit the whole mouth or use partial dentures to fill any gaps, anchoring the partials to adjacent natural teeth with metal attachments.

Tooth Extractions
We always make it a priority to restore, save and repair natural teeth but sometimes tooth extraction is unavoidable. Tooth extraction is the process of removing a single tooth or multiple teeth.
Bone Grafting
We use bone grafting to restore missing bone mass and provide a solid, healthy structure for implants. During this procedure, we take bone mass from elsewhere in your body, or from a donor, and place it into the weak areas of your jaw. Your natural bone then fuses to and around the graft material, restoring strength to your jaw and ensuring successful integration for implants.

Invisalign Orthodontics
Invisalign clear braces offer a discreet, fast, and effective way of re-aligning and straightening teeth by gently guiding them into a position. Once your dental impressions have been taken, your Invisalign clear braces can be tailor-made to fit your teeth to ensure that you receive the best outcome specifically formulated for you. Each Invisalign aligner is worn for a week, gently moving your teeth into position ready for your next aligner until you reach your final treatment goal.
Braces
If aligner trays are worn for the recommended period, usually 22 hours a day, results are usually achieved in half the time of traditional metal braces, which typically take 2 years.

Teeth Whitening
There are two primary methods of whitening: in-office whitening and supervised at-home whitening. Our in-office technique makes use of concentrated gel applications during a one to two hour session (one arch per session). Typically we will see teeth whiten two to three full shades by the end of the appointment. Less expensive supervised at-home methods produce results via daily sessions over two to four weeks of wearing customized trays with a less concentrated gel during which we’ll normally see the same level of whitening. Afterwards, you can best preserve your new brighter smile by limiting habits such as smoking, drinking coffee/tea as well as keeping up with your regular professional cleanings.
