Joseph Cestaro is a licensed Physical Therapist in New York. He earned his Degree from Touro College in NYC. His focus is in treating orthopedic conditions that may affect an individuals ability to participate in every day life activities, such as work or recreational activities and sports. Joseph believes in using a unique manual approach for each patient that is individualized in order to cater to their specific needs. He also believes in a movement based approach that incorporates exercise into each patients treatment in order to further relieve symptoms. During his free time, Joseph enjoys going to the gym, playing sports recreationally such as baseball, basketball, and football and spending time with family and friends. Joseph remains available for any help he can provide outside of the clinic and will almost always devise a home exercise program unique to each patient, in order to ensure that the treatment is not confined only to time spent in the clinic, but rather is a continuing process through each day.
