About HaysVentures While originally a specialist in the real estate business, HaysVentures LLC now serves as an umbrella company under which various opportunistic investment strategies and services have been conceived. Hays' ambition is to partner with creative entrepreneurs and organizations to meet the challenges of building successful projects around the world. Founded on integrity, outstanding leadership, and trusted performance, HaysVentures LLC was built around longstanding family relationships in 2003 to provide advisory and consulting work to a select group of high net-worth investors, institutional real estate owners, pension and hedge funds, and publicly traded REITs in the acquisition of real estate assets. Hays' high-level advisory work eventually spawned a direct role in the investment and development process, and today Hays acts as principal and joint venture partner in the acquisition of income-producing, development, and opportunistic properties. In addition to its original real estate investment and development branch, Hays owns and controls BKR Management Group a full-service construction management company and advisory firm ; Hays53 a consumer product sales, marketing, management and distribution company ; Hays Entertainment LLC a TV production company HaysEnergyGroup, LLC a green energy investment platform. When feasible, Hays vertically integrates its multiple business lines to lend efficiency and quality control to its projects.
