        I purchased a product from them and have been unable to use the download link provided. I have sent emails after emails. No one has contacted me. I have tried this download link on three different computers. I have tried call; the local number just rings and the 1800 number has been disconnected. This purchased was needed for a high school and college student. My first experience with them was horrible. So be careful before purchasing a product from them.

        Must be out of business - we purchased software that cannot be activated, the phone has been disconnected, the web site no longer displays . . . .



        UPDATE - I received a reply to my email with a key that activated our software - thanks greeensoftwarestore.com. Changing from one star to four.
