FIRST impressions says a multitude about a company. Starting when the receptionist

answers the phone. She was very unprofessional asking a question not allowing me to answer. She just hung the phone up. I would give Carreer Quest one star for picking up the phone. They might attract better canadates for work if they found a more professional receptionist regardless of their workbackgroud.
