        This is the best thing that I have ever done for my family!
        Master Hammersley and the staff at American Martial Arts are professional and on their service is excellent.
        My kids are doing better at school I am losing weight and my wife feel's much better about her ability to defend herself...I would recommend AMAT to all my friends and anyone who would like to get in shape learn self defense and have a positive life changing experience for themselves and/or family
