Dr. Rowan completed his undergraduate studies in Spanish and Human Development at Vanderbilt University, Nashville Tennessee. Dr. Rowan then received his medical degree from St. George’s University, Grenada, West Indies and Brooklyn Hospital, New York. Both medical internship and residency in ophthalmology were completed at The Greater Baltimore Medical Center, where Dr. Rowan served as Chief Resident in the department of Ophthalmology. Cataracts
