Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called on the phone to obtain a price quote on a thesis dissertation binding. The owner was very short with me, and when I asked about the nature of the binding (cloth, leather, foil stamping - very simple and common questions), he said "Look lady, if you want your thesis bound just bring it over" and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was absolutely appalled by this, and would never recommend such service. Further, his prices were among the most expensive I have encountered.
