        I took my pressure washer in for repair because it would die when pressure from the water was applied . they told me that it would need a new carburetor and charged me $107.00 and it was only 5 months old. well it wouldn't crank at all when I got it back after 7 weeks. I took it back and they said that I flooded it. they got it to crank for a few minutes so I took it home . believe it or not I have to take it back because all of the fuel runs out and the machine is worse now than it was from the start. I would not recommend their services at ALL!!

        I took my toro straight shaft ...

        I took my toro straight shaft weed wacker in to get the fuel lines replace because they cracked......AFTER 5 WEEKS i finally got it back after they said it needed a new carbuator and a kill switch...let me just say it was only 2 years old and all of that was working before i took it for the fuel lines...also I use it for my lawn service and not haveing a trimmer for five weeks...to put it litely....VERY INCONVIENENT......Thank god it was under warranty or else i would of had to pay for parts that weren't even bad in the first place!!!! So in other words...I WOULD NOT RECCOMAND THEM!!!!

        Be sure to get a written estimate from them. I was quoted $90.00 to repair my mower and when i picked it up it turned out to be $130.00.

        My power washer wasn't working so I brought it to Andy's. I dropped it off on a Monday and I was told it would be about a week. To my surprise I received an email later that day staying that it was ready for pick up. ?????? Same day?? I picked it up Tuesday morning and I was told it was because the weather was so hot and it was a bit slow. But still, it would have been easy to let it sit for a few days before they looked at it. I will only bring in my power washer or lawnmower once in a blue moon, I won't be a big customer because this is just for home it's not business equipment. But they made me feel like a steady customer. I would highly recommend them to others.
