I brought my zero-turn in because it broke a belt which also took out a wire and broke one of the tranny brackets (4 grand mower under warranty). Told the owner about the bracket and showed him. Told the repair guy about it. Saw the owner write it as the very first thing on the ticket. Now I'm an hour away... I get it back after waiting two weeks and the bracket was not replaced. Then he tries to blame me for not telling them, so I look at the ticket on the seat and sure enough it is the first item. Take it in again...two more weeks go by and when I get it home it throws the belt. Look under and the plastic cooling fan had a few blades bent. Took a lighter and fixed it myself. If possible avoid this place.

Be careful doing business here. Make it very clear that you want a call back with a $$$ estimate prior to their doing the work on your equipment.

Currently I'm getting the runaround. They had my street bike for 2 months and basically did nothing to it, except take the carbs apart and put them back together and then tell me they were gummed up beyond repair. During the time they had it they said they had one employee who failed to show up for work due to drug abuse. Then they said another was in the hospital with a serious condition. Since the word GO they have been ill mannered and rude.
