The absolute LOWEST standard of healthcare you could ever receive at a premium price. I went to the clinic with a suspected broken shoulder. I was x-rayed and told it was not broken. I was given an appeasement prescription for pain even though I let them know it hurt terribly. The medication would not even treat a mild headache let alone a broken bone. I was then called FOUR days later by the clinic & told I did indeed have a fracture after further review by the radiologist. I went to pick up a copy of my x-ray and the radiologist report & was told if I wanted a doctor to go over my xray with me, I would have to for another visit. ( I was told this AFTER they further told me the doctors there could NOT read xrays....? My question is WHY do they provide this 'service' when no one there can provide it?) I had no clue where to go for more treatment was further told they DONT make any doctor recommendations for follow up treatment. What? I was also denied ANY kind of pain relief for the broken bone injury even though I was hurting and had been suffering for many days now.

In a nutshell, I honestly believe my dog receives better care from the vet than I did at this so called Healthcare facility.

Avoid it at all costs.

Its painfully obvious that the ilovegolf creature works for solantic because this clinic is terrible. Turn your car all the way around and drive in the opposite direction. Youll leave feeling sicker then you came.

As a former physician at a clinic, Solantic is one of the best walk in offices available in Jacksonville by far. ALL of these other people obviously have NO CLUE whats its like to go to a E.R or any other walk in clinic. There hours are extended, there staff has always been so helpful and polite whenever I come in not feeling well, they always make me leave with a smile. To the WC patient carrying on about wasting money and such.. I know for a fact workers comp patients do not pay for any of there visits, so your just complaining about nothing. To the person complaining about wait time last time I needed to be seen I did there online appointment and the lady immediately called me and said there was a wait but they would call me when I was next, sure enough they called and I got right back no problem, it was so convenient and simple. To the mom about the child with a fever , if the child has had a fever for that long you should have taken her to the ER in the first place. Also they haven't done the feel better offer for over a year now and NONE of them offer it. I will admit I did like it better when they did still offer it but I still think its an amazing clinic, Ive been to most of there locations and never had any problem, so I decided to show my support after reading all of these terrible reviews. I Recommend Solantic to ALL of my friends and family and they loved it!

I brought my daughter to Solantic because she spiked a fever and it was Saturday, her pediatrician was closed. They preformed a strep test which was negative and the doctor proceeded to tell me it must just be a virus, give her Tylenol. It is now almost Thursday, my 5 year old has been running a fever since Saturday so I called Solantic to ask about the Feel Better Guarantee. Turns out, this Solantic does not participate with that program as the girl that I spoke with rudely explained to me. Now, I am going to have to shell out even more money for an office visit with her pediatrician after I already had to pay for the office visit at Solantic. Unless you need stitiches, or you have a broken bone, I would stay away from this place and wait until your regular physician is open as you will probably just end up having to see them about a week later anyway!

Got hurt really bad at work went there per my employer and made SEVERAL trips there and all that was done and told to me was I received multiple RX for flexierl which does NOTHING for hurniated disc and boulding disc in your neck, (I found my kneck injury going to my OWN Doc.) told to return to work with MANY RESTRICTIONS that my employer does NOT have light duty and Solantic kept telling me well we can't say you can't go to work. I would return in MAJOR pain crying and they continued to tell me "oh you can work" my base of the kneck SWOLLEN changed my restrictions again and said here is a RX for Flexirel AGAIN. Each time seeing a different Doc and each one doing the same thing.

I am STUCK with a BAD KNECK, constantly in PAIN and NOT ABLE TO WORK! SOLANTIC IS JUST OUT FOR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOUR TRUELY HURT!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE TRASH.

Went to this clinic on a very busy day, sick people, school physicals being done, and a long line of follow-up patients. Solantic had a good number of people on staff working that day, answering phones, taking information.

My only complaint is that I had to wait about 40 minutes to be seen. When I was taken into the examining room, the nurse practioner was very kind and thorough. She had my lungs x-rayed, which was a good idea, because the flu had turned into an infection. They were nice enough to call in my prescriptions to the pharmacy next door, and I was able to have my husband pick them up for me so I could go home and return to the comfort of bed. Now feeling great, I would not hesitate to use them again. However, the wait was a challenge to my psyche, but not unlike the wait I've had at other doctors' offices.
