HORRIBLE experience! An attendant opened my console and actually opened a thank you note I had in there, left the card but threw the envelope away and took money as well. The manager was an idiot and does not know how to talk to customers. I never even received an apology. I will NEVER go back. I had to call the police to file a theft report, and he said they have this problem here often.

Why would you go to a car wash to get your oil changed? There are places like Modica Bros and even Firestone who excel in oil changes and tire rotations. Also go to Auto Zone and buy the K&N air filter, and you will never have to worry about changing your air filter again. Bad news: You are screwed when it comes to the cabin air filter (which is behind your glovebox in your car) because you have to change that every 10,000 miles. I, personally, buy my own oil (Royal Purple) and change it myself at my old job. I prefer to do my own work when it comes to maintenance.



DON'T GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT A CAR WASH!!!

Was seeking employment with this company. Management is rude and incompetent. Couldn't even get an application. I'm highly educated and am trying to get by in this economy and was not even given the oppurtunity to say I would do anything for work. I don't know if its the hat but the guy had a complex with me. And before I made aware to him I was even at the counter his coworker (very nice lady I might add) had to stop his rambling story so that I could speak. I know a few good guys that work here and they will do an amazing job on your car but I feel sorry for them if this is the leadership they receive.

HAD OIL CHANGED TODAY (MAYBE). GUY SHOWS ME A DIRTY TOYOTA FACTORY BRAND CABIN FILTER HE WANTS TO REPLACE. I ASKED HIM WHERE THAT CAME FROM, HE SAYS MY CAR. (I DON'T BUY THEM FROM THE DEALER)

I HAVE REPLACED THIS MYSELF IN THE PAST SO DECLINED. ON THE WAY HOME PICKED A NEW ONE UP, AND SURE ENOUGH THE OLD ONE WAS FROM ORIELLYS AND NOT THAT BAD. WHAT ELSE ARE THEY LIEING ABOUT???? GO SOMEWHERE HONEST!

I will never use this business again, very disappointing service.

I have used this establishment several times for my personal vehicles as well as my company and for the most part the service has been pretty good until yesterday. My daughter 16 went to get her oil changed. The bay attendent wouldnt take no for an answer on a fuel additive. Finally since the place was about to close she agreed and was charged $10.99 for a $2.99 bottle of additive. First I understand the mark up no problem. Since my Dad used to own 4 quick lubes I also know they get commision on what extra services they sell. So upselling is encouraged. I went by there this morning to talk to the manager and explained to him what had happened. Basicall was told sorry there wasnt anythign he could. Now as I told him I was there with one of my other vehicles a few weeks back and saw the same thing happen to another young lady. They had her car in the bay and she had too get her Grandpa to come up there to get them to release the car and he took it someplace else. Now this is twice I know this happened. I know the cost isnt much but it is the principle of the action.



Since nothing was done - NOT EVEN A REAL APOLOGY - this place has lost not only my 4 personall vehicles but the 8 of my company. Guess they do so much business that it is worth it. If it was my place $10.99 would have been refunded rather quickly. So beware of the upsell and having your kids getting their oil changed here.

The minute I drove up to get my oil changed the attendant tried to over charge me for something I get done EVERY time I take my car there. When I go I get my oil changed with the basic car wash and I add armor all on the tires for $3.99 extra. He tried to tell me that I would have to upgrade my package, of course for MORE money, in order to get the armor all. When I said, "no I get this done everytime I come in and it's only $3.99.", the attendant looked at me with a smirk on his face and said, "oh yeah, sorry." So if I'd been a new customer he would have been able to charge me more money. Then after a while he comes back in and tells me that my air filter needs to be changed. So I asked how much it would be for a new filter, he goes to his boss, and comes back to me and says, "that will be $14.99." So I agree and let him change it. When it came time to pay for my car I noticed on my receipt that they charged me $19.99. When I complained about the wrong price, the manager tells me that he knows JOHN and JOHN would never lie to anyone, basically calling me a liar. They will take the side of their employee BEFORE they will take care of the customer. The moral to my story is this....watch what they charge you!!! I won't be going back to this establishment, and I will tell everyone I talked into going there NOT to go there anymore!!!
