Fast good service knowledgeable and nice. Brought my vechile in and got to it quick and fixed all my problems

Had some Ac repair work done...Did a diagnostic test..on my 2007 mercury montego..3l V6Found ac compresser,drier and exspansion valve bad..Stated the condencer didn't need to to be changed...work was done on 10/28/2015.. since then my exspansion valve wentout..manager said it was a defective exspansion valve..Ac went out again after that..They said it was the ac relay...It went out again and now they tell me its a faulty compresser...Talked with several other businesses and have statements saying the condencer not being changed out is the cause of the parts going out...As of today I have no ac and am scared to take my car back over to Car king on 127 n twin cty hwy..

Since Nathan Dickerson sold the shop their service became bad. I had an alignment and rear wheel balance done and the alignment is still off. A few days after having work done I realized they chipped the powdercoat and damage the wheel. I brought my car back after some mechanic work was finished and they agreed to do the repair to my wheel. Fast forward about 5 days later and I stop by to set up a time to drop my wheel off and they go back on their word and came up with every excuse in the book. Powdercoat is extremely hard to chip off and being THE ONLY shop to remove my wheels in the past 4 months, and knowing every inch of my car, I know they are responsible for the damage. No reputable shop I have dealt with has caused damage and turned back on their word. I will never do any business with this shop again and would recommend a shop that is more professional with customer service being their #1 priority.
