Eldora Mountain Resort

I hate to say it but the best reason to visit Eldora is to avoid the crazy traffic on I-70! Eldora is a super easy drive into the mountains from Boulder. You can even take public transit! It's not the biggest mountain but it's got plenty of slopes to keep you challenged and entertained for a day or two. It was crazy windy the day we were there and we heard that's the norm so dress appropriately to stay warm on the lifts and you'll be fine. I'll definitely be back.
