Provided by Superpagesthis place is a total rip off they towed my car a total of 2 miles when I called to see when I could get the stuff out of my car they said $400.00 I told them I am a senior that I would give them the title they said the title and $200.00 I had a lot of stuff in my car included my handicaped sign I went to the police and they told me there is nothing they can do also they are very rude.

Provided by SuperpagesWe came to get our things from the car - first they didn't let to drive inside to the car to transfer everything, so had to carry all (it was a lot of stuff) in my hands at 95 heat while pregnant, second - only 1 person was allowed to enter the lot. To whoever created the rules - Not gonna take your broken cars! Just so disappointed since other places don't put such sh*y rules.

These people are corrupt and are in bed with the lower and I mean LOWER Chichester police dept. The cops take 10 days to file the accident report all the while the storage fee's are adding up. Then they spilt the $$$ they get from the insurance Co. I was the victim of a drunk driver and this is what they did to me..they continued in making me a victim.. Then after my insurance co was finally able to get my truck , I saw pictures my insurance co. Took and Twin Oaks towing totally stole everything on the dash and God knows what else, causing me to get less for my truck. Its no wonder these animals sit behind protected glass. God don't like ugly .STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Ignorant does not begin to describe these people. They keep your vehicle without allowing you access to it so that they can run up storage fees. They act like they are doing you a favor as opposed to you being their customer. They are rude and arrogant. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
