I hired this company to do some repairs on my roof. The service was fast and efficient. I was pleased with how quickly they responded to my roof concerns!

I have hired this company for approximately 5 roofs. Their prices are very competitive, but they never show up when they are scheduled. Two years after they installed a roof on one of my properties the shingles are on the ground. I called the installer Tito and within 4 days he was over with a crew to get the roof dried in. Too late, we had torrential rains and caused serious damage to the 2 year old renovation to the property. Upon inspecting with other roofing contractors I was informed that Superior Roofing did not use long enough nails for the installation and after calling Ron Wilson, of Superior Roofing, he told me to go through my Homeowners Insurance. Frustrated, I called the Building Department and had the inspector come and was informed that it was a very the poor and incorrect installation of craftsmanship. Now 2 months later I have had to get the interior repaired on my own as Tito nor Mr. Wilson will return phone calls and I had to get the interior repaired as I already had to post pone a Tenant from moving in and lost 2 months of income.

It is apparent that Superior Roofing Services of South Florida charges a FEE to Subcontractors to pull permits for them.
