        Overall

        I received my Pure Life Energy Sauna 3 months ago. I use it 20 minutes a day. I no longer have inflammation in my neck due to arthritis. The cold and damp weather in Buffalo doesn't bother my neck no more because of the sauna. Another benefit is that it burns approximately 650 calories in 30 min. My overall health has improved and I intend to be a lifetime user. The well-being I get is by far out-weighing what I had to invest for it. Knowing what I know today, I sure would have prevailed myself of this technology a long time ago and I encourage anyone that has any type of pain not to delay and endure. It is just not worth it when there is such a technology available.
