We have had Performance Pro's out twice in the recent past (two different issues) and Shannon was terrific. Polite, respectful, did a great job for a reasonable price. He is my plumber of choice.

My kitchen sink was recently backed-up. I called Performance Pro and the owner of the company answered the phone! Mr. Cook was kind and courteous. He understood immediately what solution needed to take place. I inquired about his availability. He said he was booked but that after his next job that day he would squeeze me in anyway! That is service! He arrived, made an informed decision about my problem and immediately fixed it. He made recommendations as to how I could prevent issues like mine occuring in the future. He cleaned up in an orderly fashion and said to call him should anything else come up. Quick, courteous, professional, and kind. That is how I would describe Mr. Cook's plumbing business. They say the sign of a good physician is that, "he is so good you can't even get in to see him." In Mr. Cook's case with Performance Pro Plumbing I would say, "He is a great plumber, you can see him and probably sooner than you would think." 5 out of 5 stars. PLEASE: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - CALL HIM AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY.

I live in Aurora. Last Saturday I was removing my kitchen sink and countertop to get ready for installation of a new sink and countertop. The cold water shut off valve on the sink snapped off. Cheap plastic valve that was 20 years old. I found Shannon here at yellow pages and he was at my home in an hour. In no time he had replaced the broken valve and 4 others that were aged with 1/4 turn quality valves. He also replaced a faulty spigot in the garage that was leaking. There was nothing but drywall to secure the spigot so he brought it to my attention. I found a board and he screwed it into the drywall to secure the spigot. Then he had to drill a hole in the board for the spigot. He didn't have to do that but he wanted to make it right. I really appreciate him going the extra distance to make sure everything was ok.

I also asked him some other questions I had as I'm installing a new dishwasher. He knows about the building codes and had the answers. Smart guy, polite and courteous. I recommended him last night to my neighbors for their problem. I will recommend him to all my friends and definitely keep his card for any future services I need.

I never write reviews but they deserve one. I have used Shannon and Performance Pro Plumbing for two emergencies (a broken water heater pipe at 10 pm and a broken shower pipe. Both times Shannon came out within a hour and fixed the problem. He was fast, professional, and affordable. I will never use another plumber and will recomend him to anyone. Eric Habercoss

I am back to rave once again about Shannon and Performace Pro Plumbing. Yellow Pages only allows one reveiw per person, so I actually went to the lengths to create another profile just to be able to thank Shannon once again. See my review on 8/4. This past weekend, I found a slow leak from my new hot water tank and he came out right away, then returned today to replace the tank to ensure I would not have any further issues. Shannon takes great pride in the work he does and stands behind the products he installs. He makes sure all of his customers are happy. There are not too many companies out there like this. Have you ever seen all reviews, with ALL 5 STARS?? It's the truth! Thanks again Shannon.

Very professional, fast, clean. I called about 9:00 AM, & by 3:00 PM the same day the hot water tank was installed and working just fine. Also the price quoted over the phone was the final price. No add ons or false quotes for work that is not needed. We are from out of town and would call The Performance Pro Plumbing Inc. for all our condo work in Chicago area.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needed plumbing work. They were very professional, friendly, and completed both of my jobs very quickly. The prices were good and he even offered me tips to handle future problems on my own. I will definitely call them again when I have plumbing needs.

Honest. Thorough. Clean. Professional. You can read all the reviews and details but Shannon and his employees know what they are doing, take their job serious, and understand the importance of client service. Hire him and refer him to your friends and neighbors.

we called at noon and was told he would be here in a couple of hours,at 2pm he was at the door.yes we were shocked.we asked to see his id and credentials and all was in order.we are senior citezens and are wary of being taken advantage of.we have all heard of the stories.we the the plumber that we needed a new sump pump installed and he said that would be around 500.00 dollars.we were in shock.then he said he would take a look to see what was wrong.he found a loose fitting and a bad check valve and said we did not need to the expensive replacement.i would recommend this company to anyone,especially senior citizens who seem to always be vulnerable to scams and being over-charged.they will not try to sell you something you dont need.cant say enough about the way we were treated.i usually only write reviews when we encounter bad service,but after he saved us all that money replacing pump i felt i had to let people know there are still a few honest companies out there.

I recently moved into an older home, and was overwhelmed with multiple plumbing issues. Performance Pro came out immediately, walked me through what needed to be done, cost, and options as well as creative suggestions to save money on future projects. They were clean, efficient, treated my home with care and most of all affordable. I was able to take care of 3 big issues, even during the holiday season. Couldn't be happier. This is the only plumber I will call in the future.

I called Shannon and told him of my problem. He came over and explained all of my options. After settling on a solution we setup a time and date to get the work completed. He arrived promptly as scheduled and did an excellent job. His work was more then satisfactory. This was my first time using Proformance Pro Plumbing and I will call him again for any future work.
