        Our main office is located at 20671 Ecorse Road, Taylor, MI 48180. We are on the south side of Ecorse Road, one and a half miles east of Telegraph and 6 blocks west of Pelham. Polk Street runs between our store and Pet Supplies Plus.

        Great Service!!

        Harold took the time to explain my options and was patient while I made a decision. The guys that delivered were on time and friendly and my overall experience was great. I will be using olson's from here on out.

        Horrible and Unprofessional

        I was very disappointed in the product I received. I ordered white vinyl chairs and received gray rusty chairs. When I called to express my concern the owner was very unprofessional. They picked up the chairs, which I never used, the very same day but still cashed my check. Very unethical. Do not use this rental company.

        This customer did NOT order white vinyl chairs from us as we DO NOT carry them. The chairs she took delivery of were the chairs she paid for: bone/tan (not gray) @ $1.05 ea. Had she ordered white chairs she would have received white resin wedding chairs that rent for $2.75 ea. Indeed her payment was deposited, as are all checks received. She failed to mention, however, that after she called our office and expressed her desire to have white vinyl chairs (which we do not carry) she was issued a REFUND. If comments are made they should be truthful and complete.
