Overall

I am 53 years old and have never stuck to an exercise program of any kind. After losing quite a bit of weight, I joined the gym and just did the treadmill and Nautilus machines. I talked to Mike on numerous occasions prior to getting up my nerve to work with a trainer, which was so out of my comfort zone. I started training with Mike six months ago and am amazed at what I have accomplished. Mike pushes me and motivates me. He makes me want to keep going back. It’s hard work but Mike makes it fun. I would absolutely recommend Mike to other people no matter what their age or fitness level.

Running has always been my main workout. I was in a rut. Mike helped me by adding strength training and conditioning. I am now a much stronger runner. Awesome Trainer!
