We strive to take care of our customers we would never do what Olivia W.and James H refer to in the reviews they posted. We are working with our advertisers to have them reviewed they've been linked back to a disgruntled former employee which in turn we've had to file litigation and charges on this person. Please do not recognize those as legit reviews we've been assured by our marketers that they would be removed asap. If ever any customer for any reason is unsatisfied they will always have an open channel with our team. We again greatly apologize for this individual causing the wrong thoughts on our very proud company. This also includes the 3 reviews left in May we are working diligently to correct these bogus reviews. I truly apologize for any types of thoughts you may have as customers for these phony situations. I've never taken from any person without rightfully earning it my loyal customers and family friends etc would attest to every bit of that statement it's an actual insult to say the least.

I am saddened by the way I feel I was treated. Please never pay the entire amount until you know for sure that the issue was resolved, no matter what you're told. If my company was unable to fix something, I'd be "more than happy" to reimburse the customer. And if you get yelled at too, please don't let anyone steal your peace.

Did not like the customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Never do service with this company.

I have used Sean at Main drain twice so far. The first time was August of 2016, found my basement flooded. I called close to a dozen companies and no one could come out that same day. I called Sean at main drain and they were at my house within 2 hours. Very professional. The second time was last week, when my basement flooded again. Sean was at my house within 2 hours, snaked my drain, video inspection and determined what my problem was. Communication has been excellent with sean, he has called to let me know the status of the job. I highy recommend this company.

I have used Sean (owner of Main Drain) for all of my household plumbing projects, big and small! He has always helped me out in a crisis (sewage in the basement from a clogged drain, toilets not flushing, etc) He has also replaced my lead sewer line to the street, installed a new toilet, unclogged my tub, it goes on and on in this place! :) I trust him to do anything I need done in my home!!

My entire sewer system from the house to the street had to be replaced. Sean and his wonderful crew worked until 8:30pm on New Year's Eve to make sure I had a working sewer. He explained what was needed to be done as they went along and was very fair with the price. He's the only person I will call if I have plumbing problems in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent work by Sean! He explores less expensive options before recommending a major repair. He's committed, hard working and capable. Also very reasonable rates. Very happy with this company!

I highly recommend Main Drain because they are THE BEST plumbers that I have ever used. They really came through for me when the line to my septic tank backed up on a Saturday morning and I had raw sewage oozing into the house with company coming over to spend the night. They came out when others would not and had the drain opened in seconds. And, the price was extremely reasonable! It’s hard to find honest, reliable companies that are this good, so they’re definitely my new plumbers!

Always great I love these guys. Sean always is up front honest works hard and is committed. I had a back up at my house ruined everything in the basement Sean actually tried 5 times to open our sewer with little success. He rescheduled with us brought back a different machine and wah la it has worked since. They are affordable clean and polite. Would recommend them to anyone. Superior service awesome price my guys.

I have had Main Drain Sewage & Repair assist now with a couple serious plumbing issues and have been extremely satisfied both times. Sean is a great guy, and has a great crew. Very friendly and easy to work with and very reasonable when it comes to pricing. They were extremely responsive and made sure the problem was fixed (even if it required coming back the following day or a third day!). They do great work and will continue to be my plumber of choice. I would highly recommend Main Drain to anyone with plumbing needs.

Can't say enough about them! They came out on a Saturday to help us out with a leak in our kitchen pipes. They had to come back out and spent a lot of time with us while giving us a great rate! They were very careful with cutting my cabinets in order to fix the leak and I am so pleased with their work.

Called this local company with a drain back up. They came out and took care of everything. Very friendly and helpful making sure I didn't have any question or concerns. Took time to clean up their work area as well. Excellent customer service all the way around!

Sean helped my 83 year old neighbor with her clogged kitchen sink recently. she was very nervous to have a stranger come into her home. He was the perfect choice! Reasonably priced, clean and very sensitive to her concerns!! Thank you Sean for taking care of our neighbors & seniors.
