Logan's Auto Repair

We used Logan many times, but no more. Their drivers do not obey traffic signals such as yield signs. Almost caused an accident today when Logan ran through a yield sign at the intersection of Great Neck and Virginia Beach Boulevard. If they can't drive better than that, would you trust your car to them?

I will always take my cars to Logan's. Recently my car would not start. It is the first time I have had issues with this car. We could not jump it either so we had it towed to the dealership. They quickly called us back to tell us it needed about $1000 in repairs, some of which just didn't seem necessary even though they assured us they were. So I called Logan's for a tow to another shop. On the phone he asked me what was going on with the car and he said the starter being bad seemed highly unlikely. I had my car towed to Logan's instead and I am SO glad! They are fast working and more importantly..they are honest! That is highly appreciated, especially from someone who doesn't know much about cars. They avoided the unnecessary repairs and got me back on the road! Thanks so much Logan's!!

My auto would not start getting back from dinner at the towne center in Va Beach on Sunday night, JULY 3rd. We went home that night via a cab service and decided to try it in the morning. Well on Monday we called LOGAN'S Towing to get the car towed after trying to start it up without success and then asked about fixing the problem. The tow bill was very very reasonable to be towed from the Towne Center on a Monday, JULY 4TH holiday. The issue was the rotor was shorting out. He replaced the distributor cap, rotor, plugs and wires within two hours of getting the car towed back to his shop to get us on our way to travel northbound back home. I can highly recommend the business as HONEST, professional and fantastic for customr serrvice. Thank Logan's Towing!!
