        Overall

        I had an appointment for 9-11 A.M. this morning. They were going to call me when the were headed to the rental so I could meet them. it's 12:30 no call. I have been calling since 10:30 no one answers or returns call. They have wasted my day and the drain is still plugged. I need to find a reputable company that answers phones, calls back and shows up as planned. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

        I WAS HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH MY HOME WARRANTY " FIRST AMERICAN" AND HAD NOOOO PLUMBING THROUGHOUT MY ENTIRE HOUSE.

        BUT THANK GOD " HAPPY ROOTER" SAVED THE DAY!! I COULD'NT BE MORE HAPPY WITH A COMPANY.

        GREAT PEOPLE IN OFFICE AND ANTHONY IS A GREAT PLUMBER.
