        Overall

        I really liked the way that I was scolded and made to feel incompetent and guilty over a simple eyeglass repair. Sometimes accidents happen and glasses do get broken occasionally. I am a hard-working professional who simply lives from paycheck to paycheck and do not need to be reminded that "this is why we always ask before you leave the office if your glasses need any adjustments." Rest assured I won't be bothering you anymore with anymore 'adjustments.'
