Deluxe Taxicab Service

Called they said it would be 45 minuets. Ok. Waited an hour, called back no answer! We found another way to get them home. It’s been 3 hours still no cab!

Female driver, taxi 8016 on the 15 South at approximately 4pm 10/16. Pushes her cab into my lane without a blinker - would have hit me if I didn't brake. Naturally flipped her off and held my horn.

Then I realize she has three passengers in the car. I grab my phone to take a pic, she flips me off. Glad I got her on video. Called a supervisor already. Next is a complaint with the TCA.

They have you waite a hour or two before they show up and then they want to call you and ask do you still need a cab

They are horrible, thanks for nothing.

I can not give Deluxe Taxi a good review. 12/25/14 I waited from about 11:04am until 1:05am 12/26/14 for a taxi @ Sunset Station.. What made so bad is (1) I'm 69 years old and was on my feet that long on a very cold evening. (2) The Dispatchers LIED to Me and To the Person @ Sunset Station who also call Deluxe for Me... I hope that someone from Deluxe Taxi understands That the Truth in the Service business is Very important...

Different quotes on different day going to the same place First time I called $7 to travel 1.5miles next day I called to book the ride they quoted me $25-$30 to travel to the same place???. Not very professional. The man who answered the phone sounded like his was drunk? He was upset when I asked him why so much. Went with another cab service.

Rude beyond belief. Liars, owner to bottom dwelling staff and cabbies. Pathetic. Go to the site, see for yourself.

The guy told me there was a 30 min wait when I called, no big deal. At over an hour and a half later when I called the same guy was rude, make up reasons why they were late and hung up on me. I will never use this cab service. At $15 to go 4 miles I will go with a company that treats me nice.
