Daneen's Mobile Grooming

I recently had my dog groomed with this company. They experience was horrible and traumatizing. The groomers arrived late (no big deal), but they took 4 hours to groom my cocker spaniel. In addition, they severly beat my dog which caused bruising all over its body. I had to rush my dog to the hospital that evening because I saw blood in her urine. That is when the doctor told me there were bruises all over the dogs body. Additionally, the dog is now scared of everyone (especially females) except my 11 year old son. No dog should be beaten just to give them a hair cut. If the dog was not controllable they should not have cut her hair and moved on. Now the owner of the company will not even call me back to discuss the issue. This was my first time ever using a mobile groomer and I will never do it again, especially not with this groomer.
