Coastline A/C Services Corp

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! INEPT TECHNICIANS!!! The technician who knew what he was doing is gone. Now the new young guy is clueless! He came to check my unit because it kept shutting off before it was cool. He said he cleaned the float and drain but he did not! Unit continued not to work. Call 1 Hour AC Service and he REALLY cleaned out the drain. Now AC is working great! I called Coastline to request a refund of the $65 for the non-work and they refused to refund my money.

I called for service at noon, and they had someone here by 1:00pm, that's incredibly fast service. The repairmen were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous; they were actually pleased that I knew more about the AC business than the average consumer and were happy to even test the refrigerant pressure for me on the spot. It was a problem I'd had seven years before, the fan on the outside compressor unit had blown, and to my amazement the price of the repair was the same as before; I had expected it to be higher.

Overall I'd have to recommend Coastline to anyone with an AC breakdown.
