I had some frozen water pipes and water damage. Although I tried to get some figures and an idea of how much my clean up would be, I was given the run around. I needed the damage resolved in a timely manner so I let the crew do their work. Unfortunately, when I did receive a bill, it was over double what the insurance company would pay. I should have known right away when I was told I couldn't get an estimate, to call someone else.
