Boji Rides Taxi Service

No one answers the phone! Actually, it never even rings, it just goes straight to a cell phone voicemail. They didn't even record a custom greeting, so I'm not even sure that I've reached the right business...

We call Boji Rides all the time for rides.the weekends we get told it will be 10 mins for a cab and it ends up being an hour or better. Dispatching is rude and hangs up on us before we can ask additional questions. When we get back through after waiting we are told again it will be a 10 mins or he/she hangs up on us.Very poor dispatching skills.Dispatch needs to have some lessons in customer friendly skills for dispatching and needs to give better timing on calls. The drivers make up were the dispatcher falls short of customer friendly skills.If it wouldn't be for the drivers we would change companies. We call another company already on the weekends.

Called to see if they could pick me up at a certain address because I wasn't sure where the cab service covered and got a very rude response from the driver. I won't be calling again.
