Blue Hawaii Window Cleaning

After doing a walk through of my home and washing the inside of my windows, Jamie came to me and said that he doesn't do louvers. He had already given me an estimate. He had already seen my entire home, windows and all. After an hour and 45 minutes, he says he doesn't do louvers. We live in Hawaii! Who doesn't have louvers. I will never call him again. He asked to be paid for what he did do. I paid him but feel that I was cheated. He could have saved himself and me from unnecessary stress by being honest from the beginning.
