Bello Iris

I ordered a handbag from Bello Iris a few years ago with no problem, but now I am having the same issue with a lack of communication as a previous reviewer mentioned. I feel scammed too. I ordered several handbags from them...two were "out of stock" and the rest I have not received yet and it's been almost a month now. They wouldn't reply to my efforts to make contact until I went through PayPal and opened a claim. Then, "POOF!" I got an instant reply saying sorry for the confustion, we let all of our employees have extended vacation time over the holidays. (Not my problem.) They said it was posted on their website, which it was not. They asked me if I still wanted the handbags or a refund...I said to go ahead and ship them and please let me know when they will be shipped. NOTHING. It's been a week and no reply. I am wishing I had just gotten my money back through PayPal. I'm giving them one more week to either make contact with me or for the product to appear at my door, or I'm going to push the PayPal claim again and make them refund my money. Either way, they have totally lost my business from now on.

I bought a wallet from them over a month ago and haven't seen it yet. Kinda feeling like i got scammed. I tried emailing them and calling them and haven't gotten a reply. Not liking this site at all.

I ordered a handbag from Bello Iris that I have been coveting on another site...and got it for almost $40 cheaper!!!! The quality of the bag is fantastic and it was delivered within days of placing the order!! I LOVE this site and will definitely order from them again and again and again and......

Great store with quality handbags! I pack mine with heavy textbooks, and the handles are still holding up. Definitely great store for vegans who want quality imitation leather too [:

I love the variety and quality of Bello Iris products, plus the price is great.

Definitely buy. I have the Monogram Buckle Messenger bag. The quality is great and it looks much more expensive than it was. If their other bags are the same quality (and I assume they are!), what a great way to go cruelty free while buying quality at a reasonable price.

Great looking fashions and great prices. Lots of variety and they always carry my size!
