        Overall

        I remember this. Dorchester and required a quote to receive a loan from the city. Problem is I asked if the quote was for a loan and was told that is wasn't. After viewing the work that was required I was told that the quote was needed in 3 days. I asked specifically prior to going to view the work if the quote was for a loan.
