Finally someone out there who knows what they are doing. I was getting tired of those guys who just hack at trees. Great results, just what I was looking for.

Long story short I was impressed and happy with the work done start to finish. Will be going back to them next year.

The crews made short work of my property. They were highly efficient and finished in 1 day what previous companies took 2-3 days to finish. I was amazed with their equipment and employees. I will definitely have them back in a year or two.

Our neighbor recommended this company so I decided to give them a shot. I was impressed with the work and the price was right. All around great work. I have seen them in the neighborhood working on different houses so I may ask them to stop by next year and see if they give a neighborhood discount : ).

Great job done in no time. My wife and I had company coming over on Friday night and really wanted our work to be done before our guest arrived. The estimator came over on thursday, gave me a reasonable price, and guaranteed they would be done by friday evening. I was a little worried that they wouldnt finish in time since they were going to start friday morning. They arrived right on time friday morning and got going right away. The crew was finished by 2 P.M. friday with plenty of time for our guest to arrive. Our guest were impressed and were amazed that it had been finished earlier that day. The clean up crew did a great job and left the property looking great. Will have them back next year with more time to work with.

I like to do my research, so I started off at the ISA (international society of arboriculture) website. Rene Castillo was listed as one of the certified arborist. From there I searched google, yellow pages, etc. and found that AC Horticultural was found in all of my searches. I read reviews and most if not all were positive feedback. Being as compulsive as I am I did research on other companies which I also found on google or yellow pages and noticed that several of them claimed to be arborist but where not certified. I also found out that several of the companies did not even have workers comp and liability. I have always believed in what cost less now can cost more in the end. My neighbor learned this the hard way when they hired a company that was not backed by workers comp and liability and got sued when one of the workers hurt themselves during the project. I did my research, comparisons, pros and cons, and decided to go with AC Horticultural. They finished the project and I was at ease when I saw I had made the right decision. Yes I know I'm compulsive and like to have control of things but use my knowledge and experience to make your choice easier.

I called several of places and they all either had an answering machine or somebody that sounded like they were next to a chainsaw pick up the phone. This was the first company that a live person answered and was professional over the phone. I had an estimator out to my place and was impressed with his knowledge so I booked them for the next day. They were professional every step of the way starting from their secretary, to their estimator, to their work and crew. Will recommend friends and neighbors.

Was impressed with AC Horticultural. They were extremely efficient and finished faster then I had anticipated. They brought a large crew that seemed to work like a well oiled machine. All was well and I had no complaints. The following day I saw a branch that I thought should have been cut. I gave them a call in regards to it and spoke to their office. I had a supervisor at my property within a few hours to take a look at the branch. The supervisor let me know that it had been left to give the tree a balanced look. He recommended that I left it but I insisted he cut it down. Once he took the branch down I wish I would have listened to his advice. Even though I wish I would have left the branch, I was impressed with the customer service and quick response they had. I will have them back next year or sooner and will definitely take their suggestions.

Was iffy with the company after reading their last review, but decided to go with them based on overall rating. I asked about that last review and after hearing the company's side of the situation I was glad that the last review didn't change my mind. I would have to say that I agree with the great service and great work. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and mine is that they did a great job. Hopefully their other client changes his/her mind and doesn't get stuck with a overpriced under qualified company like I did 2 years ago.

My neighbor had neglected his trees on the property line on his side for way too long. He was finally impressed enough with AC's estimator and price that he agreed to pay for half of the cost. I don't know if it was the work that he loved or the price, but whatever the reason he agreed to get them maintained annually. Needless to say I was happy with the overall experience.

My real estate agent advised I fix up the property so that it was more pleasant to look at. What a great idea this turned out to be. Had AC come out to trim some of the trees and re-do some of the outdated landscaping both landscaping and minor hardscaping. House made a complete 360 and looks amazing now. So it is a bitter sweet moment for me. I was finally able to get the asking price, but with the work done I kind of wish I was still living there : ). I will definitely have them stop by and visit my new residence.

Used them for Landscape installation and our house looks so much prettier. They finished the project quite fast and are now maintaining our property. Very happy with outcome of our yard.

I finally found a company that I will continue to use. I have had several of other companies come out to my property to do work on my trees and was never completely satisfied with the work. It came time to trim my trees again and AC Horticultural was the first to give me a bid, and they were slightly higher then bids I had received in the past. Considering the increase in price for everything including gas, the price discrepancy was very minute and did not bother me much. I had four other companies come and quote me a price for the work and only one was competitive with the quote I had received from AC Hort. Turned out that the only other company that was in the price range was not licensed nor insured. I went and granted AC Hort. the project and was excited about the work done. About a week later I noticed one of the sprinklers on the slope area where work was performed had been broken. I called their office and the next day I had one of their reps repairing the sprinkler. It was hard to see due to ground cover and I was very happy about their concern and timely response to the issue. Their response to the problem was what made me 100% certain that I was going to keep using them every year. I wasn't given the run around like other companies had done in the past.

When getting an estimate for tree trimming and landscape from AC Horticultural I was a little worried. The estimater showed up in a new pick up truck with emergency lights on top and what to me was a very professional vehicle. He walked out and met me in the front yard, walked me through the property and was able to give me a detailed description of all the trees. He let me know the names, needs, tendencies, and anything else I would need to know about the trees and plants on my property. Extremely knowledgeable in the field. Quite impressed by the whole estimate I was a bit worried that the price was going to be as high as his knowledge for the trees. I received the price and thought it was very reasonable, but remained a little skeptic so I scheduled about three more estimates with other companies. None of the other three companies came close to the knowledge nor presentation that AC Horticultural had. To top things off the only other company that gave a price a low as AC Horticultural was not insured nor had a license. The choice was obvious for me and I was just as impressed with their work as I was with their presentation and estimate. I will definitely use them for any future work on my property and will continue to highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

MY HUSBAND AND I NEEDED THE WORKS WHEN IT CAME TO OUR PROPERTY. AC HORTICULTURAL PROVIDED PRACTICALLY EVERY SERVICE WE NEEDED. THEY DID OUR TREE TIMMING, TREE REMOVALS, DRIVEWAY, PATIO, IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPE, AND LIGHTING. OUR NEW HOUSE LOOKS AMAZING NOW. THEIR PRICES ARE JUST AS GREAT AS THEIR WORK TOO. LIKE THE TITLE SAYS WE ARE VERY VERY HAPPY.

They are extremely professional and amzingly at a great price. My house has never looked as nice. The work they did on my trees was quite amazing. They also re-did my landscape and are maintaining it as well. Highly recomended.

I have used several other companies big and small alike and found AC Horticultural provided the highest quality work at the best price. I will be using them from now on and I highly recomend you give them a try.
