Wonderful customer service. My entire family go to Shampoo Perry's. From shampoos to haircuts, we take care of all of our hair care needs in one spot. They even sell all the hair care products we need.

Great and fun place to be in! Two locations at Jefferson St near TSU and in the Bordeaux area. Willie Perry and staff are friendly and helpful. They know their stuff!

I have been going to this salon for years and I can't believe he (Perry) insists on raising his prices without any prior notice, even on his most loyal customers. I tolerated them when I was younger but I realize now they are not all that. When you are getting your hair washed it seems like they are always in a hurray, sometimes I wonder if the shampoo has even had time to soak my head. If your hair is breaking off or damaged they won't tell you, I should know because it took going to someone else in order for me to find out. Oh, and let's not mention getting your hair "trimmed" because anyone who has gone there can tell you your trim will really be a hair cut, just be prepared for that so you won't have a fit once you walk past the mirror. Other than the fact that they use good products and hair tools, many other salons do as well and I would search hard before you settle on Shampoo Perry's. Find someone who takes their time to do your hair and offers more consultation on hair care and damage prevention.
