Furniture Plaza

I ordered three tables from this store in October and was promised they were in stock. As I write this review, it is 2 days away from being February. No tables... first they were in the store, then China and now they are somewhere on backorder. Terrible customer service, no returned phone calls... Finally I cancelled my order and got a refund. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone...EVER!

If there ever was a furniture store to avoid, this is the one. You will never get your furniture delivery on time so matter how much you spend. Sales people will tell you anything you want to hear just to get the sale. Their office staff has no idea what they are doing and will never get back to you when you call for service.There prices are very high compared to other stores. Just go there on any given day and you will hardly see any customers in their store. There is so much more to tell but I think I have covered the most important things. BAD DELIEVERIES, UNCOURTEOUS STAFF, DISHONEST. NEED I SAY MORE???????
