Eyelid surgery is best for patients who are in good health, do not smoke and wish to remove excess, crepey skin from the eyelid area and correct drooping upper eyelids, lower eyelids or both. Most blepharoplasty patients are 35 or older, however in some cases eyelid surgery may be appropriate for younger adults who have a hereditary tendency to develop droopy, excess eyelid skin before the effects of aging start to play a role. Some conditions, such as dry eye, glaucoma, detached retina, cardiovascular disease, thyroid problems and diabetes, may make eyelid surgery unsafe in a small group of patients who should check with their ophthalmologist before seeking eyelid surgery.

Pregnancy

Ear Surgery

Liposuction
Neck liposuction is a permanent fat reduction procedure that targets unwanted fat on the neck, chin and jawline to improve lower face and neck contours and get rid of a double chin. Excess neck and chin fat is often hereditary and cannot be addressed through any means other than liposuction.
Breast Augmentation
During breast augmentation revision, patients are placed under general anesthesia or local anesthesia with IV sedation and the same incisions are re-opened so as not to create additional scarring. Revision surgery is often quite similar to the initial breast augmentation procedure, especially where simple implant replacement or exchange is concerned, however a few factors may potentially increase recovery time and discomfort after corrective breast augmentation.
Breast Reduction
Men who seek male breast reduction should be healthy, non-smokers at a stable body weight. In severe cases, male breast reduction may be appropriate for teens but usually the procedure is reserved for men who are finished developing and have male breasts persisting into adulthood. Although this surgery does not address the causes of male breasts, which may include heredity, drug use and testosterone deficiency to name a few, it can permanently reduce excess glandular tissue (breast tissue) and fat in men with protruding breasts and tenderness and sensitivity in the chest area.
