Elite Cab Co

I don't like this cab company, they drive slow and nag at you the entire time. There is this lady that drives the cabs and runs the calls and will tell them you are in a spot that your not and then blame you. I hate it so much, I wish they would all get fired they are con artists and scam you out of money, literally they will stop at yellow lights if they turn yellow five feet from the light, they will stop say they are trying to keep you safe. I don't know about you but I'm trying to get somewhere and I don't want to pay to sit at a light that didn't even tell you to stop.
In short don't use them unless you like to get ripped off by a fellow local, yes they rip off the locals as much if not more so then an out of towner. Stay away, stay away, stay away.

I had a doctors appointment and asked Elite Cab Co for a round trip ride, and he agreed to drive me. After not showing up for my ride I called back. The same guy that agreed to drive me told me that he was to busy to give me a ride. I missed my needed doctors appointment. This was not professional service!

Mr. John provided me with outstanding service today for my round trip needs. He greeted me with a smile and kindness and I’m very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend Elite Cab Co. and will definitely use their services in the future!

Horrible company!!!! Called at 1230pm for them to take my daughter to bus station by 200pm. That said they couldn't do it because the construction was too bad by the station I should've called earlier, my daughters friend took her to the station and it took them 15 minutes!!!! Called about them picking her up at station at 900am they said I needed to call them no later than 630am to request because traffic was so bad. I called another company instead.. No problems or complaints from him, pick up my daughter and even took a shortcut back to her dorm. Never ever trust ELITE if u are on a schedule!!!!!!!!!!

Used cab twice during Sept visit. Drivers were professional, pleasant and prompt. Gave helpful information on city.

They can sometimes be very rude. It takes them very long to get to you .Like very long. It would be great to have another cab company over here.

Every time I schedule a ride it takes them 30+ minutes to get to my dorm. Never call between 6-7:30 because it's their shift change and that takes an hour and a half. While the drivers are nice the waiting and waiting and waiting are horrific. I don't have a car and often have to use them. Wish another company was in town.

I called a cab for a lady that needed desperately to get back to her hotel. I told him she would be right outside the ER at Memorial hospital. He called back saying that if she didn't come outside in the next 20 seconds that he would leave and not come back to pick her up. I asked him to wait for her because she was very slow and probably was on a wheel chair and he said he was burning gas for nothing. He hung up and refused to wait for her. So sad this lady really needed to rest and she was stuck at the hospital for a while just because he didn't care to wait for her.

I had really good service recently taking me to the hospital and back home. The drivers were friendly and one waited until I got up the outside stairs of my apt. before he drove off. I would recommend them!

one of the drivers decided that it was ok for him to pick someone up in front my house and we called him and asked him not to do that bc there is a lot of drilling deals that go on down the road from us and so we don't want anyone being picked up in front of our house and he proceeded to tell us that he will stop in front of our house anytime he pleased. the next time I see him down here I will report it to the sheriff's office and file a formal complaint.

John and his company Elite Taxi, is very friendly, on time, gets you where you need to go, and at a good rate that is affordable.



I would definitely recommend this company to all of my friends.
