        Couldn't count my change

        I visited this Wendy's and paid with a hundred dollar bill. The manager on shift had to get change from the office. I could see the manager count the change prior to handing it to the drive up window cashier, the cashier then counted it prior to returning to the window. The cashier just handed me the money without counting it out. I counted and discovered they shorted me ten dollars, I then recounted it to the cashier who promptly handed me another ten given by the manager. I couldn't believe their cash handling procedures didn't involve counting it back to the customer. Even further I couldn't believe the two of them together couldn't count the right change or it was an attempt to short me. I haven't given up on Wendy's but I'll never revisit this location again!!!
